Known for combining startup agility with enterprise discipline, he has a proven record of transforming technology ecosystems to support rapid growth, resilient operations, and next-generation client experiences.
Prior to joining Open Banking Solutions, Steven served as Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at COCC, where he led infrastructure, operations, security, and cloud transformation initiatives supporting over 150 Financial institutions. During his time at COCC, he built high-performing teams, modernized core platforms, launched enterprise services including IaaS, SOC, and SD-WAN, and drove strategic growth through scalable, secure, and customer-centric technology leadership
As CIO of Open Banking Solutions, Steven will oversee enterprise architecture, software development, cloud and infrastructure strategy, data and security governance and the evolution of OBS’s open-banking technology stack to support future market expansion.
